My CLEARVIEW-DS WiFi scope disconnect from the clearview hotspot and jumps back to my home/business WiFi connection, why is that?
*** When connecting to the clearview hotspot, make sure you select the tick-box "connect Automatically".

When I'm at location with my CLEARVIEW-DS WiFi scope, can I give my customer at that location access to the video steam I'm seeing?
*** Yes you can. Anyone who can see the WiFi hotspot "clearview" can connect to that hotspot with the password Dentalvet$.
After the connection is established, your customer connects to the Clearview Streaming Service by typing in his browser http://clearview.local:8081
 
I would like to enable my colleagues in the office to watch the examination via the clearview streaming service. Is there a way I can increase the range of the clearview hotspot?
*** With installing our pre-configured router it is possible to increase the range dramatically. Even, when our router is hooked up to your LAN network, you can enable your customers to join your dentistry examination.

How do I connect my Android phone or my Android tablet to the CLEARVIEW-DS USB scope?
*** In the standard supplied parts we have supplied you with an OTG adapter. Connect the scope USB cable to that OTG adapter and connect the OTG adapter cable to your smartphone or tablet device. Apple iPhones or Apple iPad devices are not able to external video devices.
